A small group of 3 Cortijos  (farmhouses) and 2 cave houses, at the end of a dead end street, further is only a footpath to the lake of San Clemente.

The Cortijos are well grouped and own the surrounding land. Altogether this could be a nicelittle  square with the various houses around it.

The property includes a number of caves of which cave houses can be made.

All in a state of ruin, but because these buildings excist there is not problem to have a licence to build them back and even enlarge a little. A lot has to happen if you are handy with constructionwork it is easy to do. And if you're not handy, we can put you in touch with a good contractor.

The owner has only private papers, so the escrituras have yet to be made, which is no trouble, only a mortgage is not possible. The papers can be made.

Water is there, electricity should be connected, in the street is electricity.
