Downstairs has also a large kitchen with fireplace and a bathroom. In the kitchen a door to the patio, at the end of the patio a shed, now used as a laundry room.

Upstairs, a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. 2x double bedroom, and a passage to the roof. On the roof terrace is an extra bedroom above the shed.
