A large cavehouse including a house and barn in Zujar. With the beaches of Lake Negratin at 5 minutes.

The house has two floors and comprises a lounge, kitchen upstairs, and two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. There is a passage from inside to the cavehouse but it is now bricked. The house has a roof terrace.

The cave house has four bedrooms, a lounge, and an unrestored cave with two rooms which may also be bedrooms. There is a small kitchen but collapsed, and it must be rebuilt.

The cave house includes a patio and a large shed where space is for a bathroom, a bigger kitchen and bathroom and storage.

All linked to water and electricity. Located in a quiet area and close to all amenities in Zujar. Parking by the house or above.

The house is habitable but needs to be modernized. The cave house needs to be finished.
