Large cave house with garden, the house is still under construction and has been completely renovated and now needs to be finished only. There is also a piece of garden across the road where a beautiful summer garden can be made with a 150 km long panoramic view over the valley to the Sierra Nevada. Lake Negratin is nearby and is accessible from the village.

The house has a hall, three bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge, wine cellar, kitchen and scullery.

Carramaiza is a small village on a mountainside above the lake. A nice quiet and safe undisturbed place with friendly people. It is also possible to let your cave house here and to have it viewed and serviced by a neighbor who takes care of several homes.
