Beautiful and very well maintained vineyard of 8,000 m2 with a yield of 5,000 kilos of grapes per year.

These grapes are used to create a local rosé wine.

On plots of land like these it is allowed to build a small house of 40m2, fully legal, with a project from an arcitect, and a building license. But it is not ment to live in a house like this, so you can use it for storage, even stay there some time (many people do this and build it up like a holiday home) but it is not a house where you can get permission to live in it permanently.
