Splendid Cortijo, situated in the nature park high above Lake Castril.

The house has a large kitchen with a door to the outside, a separate diningroom with fireplace, a lounge with fireplace, entrance and hallway to front door, 2 double bedrooms downstairs, and 2 double bedrooms upstairs, plus 2 unrestored rooms above which can be used as additional bedrooms or storage or as an office space.

Water and electricity are connected. Outside is a storage for timber and a room to store garden furniture. A barbecue and also a shaded terrace.

The Cortijo is the last of a small row of 3 beautiful cortijos built together, and has a huge garden with fruit trees, olive trees, bare rocks, and a very beautiful view over Lake Castril from the garden.

One neighbour is living here permanently, the other houses are not inhabited. There is enough space for parking in the street in front of the house.

Castril is a beautiful andalucian village with all amenities.
